Tariff:
$275/night Normal Tariff – Monday to Thursday Night
$300/night Special Tariff – Weekends, Long Weekends & School Holidays
Based on an Occupancy of 4 Persons
Additional Adults/Children $25 per person per night (Up to a total of 8 persons overall, 4 Adults Maximum)
Two nights minimum stay
Three nights for long weekends and School Holidays

Deposit:
20% Deposit on booking. Balance payable 14 Calendar days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
Get a 50% refund on cancellations more than 14 Calendar days prior to arrival.
Bond:
$250 payable prior to arrival and refunded after final inspection.
Damage:
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
Pets:
Unfortunately no dogs allowed.
